Wellsite Permit to Work Rev 3 Training - Brisbane 

RPS conduct Wellsite Permit to Work (WPTW) training for major Operators in Queensland and the wider Australia (Arrow Energy, BG Group, Shell, Origin, QGC and Santos). We also conduct this training for other Training Providers whom outsources our expertise.

As a preferred WPTW training provider for numerous Drilling & Completions contractors in and around Queensland and wider Australia, as well as various third party contractors, we have the knowledge and field experience to assist you in this important MUST HAVE training before the deadline of 1 January 2014 when all CSG wellsites in Queensland will require you to work under WPTW Revision 3.

Wellsite Permit to Work document auditing - Revision 2 and 3

Conducting an audit on the use, process and implementation of your WPTW system is crucial in order to ensure assurance and compliance. This is also part of duty of care under the WHS Legislation. As part of the WPTW Rev 3 training, we will ensure that you are able and understand and be able to conduct such an audit with the correct tools.

WPTW Course Overview

The Wellsite Permit to Work (CSG Queensland) course is designed to provide you with the knowledge, skills and confidence needed to understand the requirements of implementing a permit to work system and maintain safe working conditions during the process.

Writing is required to the level of completing workplace forms and producing reliable reports. Numeracy is required to the level of being able to correctly differentiate between high and low pressures, temperatures, voltages or masses.

Assessment

All assessments for this course have been designed to assess your competence within the Australian Qualification Framework (AQF), relevant Training Package RII09, Australian and Industry expectations and Commonwealth and State Legislation. All units of competency consist of both written and practical components and you will be assessed accordingly.

Certification

Upon successful completion of this course, each participant will receive a national recognised “Statement of Attainment”.
